A Gluten Free Grocery Shopping Trip

Gluten free grocery shopping can be tough- and very expensive. Most would think to go to speciality stores like Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods. However, many local grocery stores, like the Glassboro ShopRite I went to, are building up their gluten free sections more and more. And of course, to eat gluten free you do not have to buy foods labeled ‘gluten free.’ You can just shop for things that are natural, like fruits, vegetables, and meats.
